Prier C-144KT-806 Vacuum Breaker Kit
The Prier C-144KT-806 Vacuum Breaker Kit includes the vacuum breaker cap, and body for the Prier model C-144 hydrant. The back of the packaging will also show a picture guide on how to install the vacuum breaker kit. The first step to replace the breaker is to turn the faucet off, and pry the vacuum breaker cap off the top of the faucet. This will then give you access to the threaded body of the vacuum breaker. You will turn it to the left to loosen, and remove the body. To install the new one you will thread the body into the top of the faucet, and then snap the cap on over it. You can then turn the faucet on, and it should be ready to go.
